For years I have tried to get our town's contracted haulers to put my barrels behind my split rail fence so they don't roll out onto the highway and cause an accident but to no avail! Your haulers (both garbage and recycling) without request, have put the barrels back behind my fence WITH the tops on since you took over 1/1/2020!! "Our town recently switched to RTS. Sure, they do basics well. On time, no mess on the street, etc. As expected - and an improvement. They also go way above and beyond. I had to dispose of a LOT of 6' wire fence. Put it out, didn't see it picked up, follow up with an inquiry. Kristin (awesome) got right back to me and arranged a separate pick up.
