He has also produced two musical soundtracks for NBC’s Peter Pan Live! and The Wiz Live!

Having over 20 years working in Sustainability and Waste, Ross has been a leader in integrating sustainability approaches to waste management. Starting his career as a sustainability consultant working directly with clients across NYC and many Fortune500 companies, Ross has grown as a leader in the space, overseeing a team of professionals that have spearheaded a systematic approach towards developing waste reduction and waste diversions strategies. Ross graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Mathematics and English.
Ross is an avid cyclist, vocal supporter of animal and human rights, and practices what they preach through living a plant based, mostly zero waste lifestyle.

Marketing Manager
Nicolle is RTS’s Marketing Manager and has been a valued member of the team since July 2018. She is responsible for content creation on all platforms, leveraging creative software, industry trends and research, and social media strategy to build upon the company’s online presence. Additionally, Nicolle contributes to the RTS blog, which serves to educate clients and industry players about our technology and sustainability efforts and is responsible for the creation and dissemination of our internal and external newsletters.
Prior to taking on the role of Marketing Manager, Nicolle served on the Sustainability team for nearly three years, assisting clients in achieving their sustainability goals through diversion reporting, training, and external communications. Preceding Nicolle’s time on the RTS team is her work with Clean Water Action, where she promoted clean water initiatives. Nicolle graduated from Stony Brook University in 2018 with a B.A. in Sustainability.
Joe’s professional journey combines a commitment to environmental stewardship with experiences in retail, customer service, and finance. He studied Multidisciplinary Studies at Stony Brook University, New York, where he developed a keen interest in environmental studies. Pursuing further specialization, Joe completed an MBA in Environmental Sustainability from Green Mountain College in May 2013, preparing him for sustainability leadership roles.
Starting at Great Forest as an Account Manager, Joe quickly rose to Director of National Accounts by February 2016, blending business acumen with environmental responsibility. At RTS, he’s instrumental in advancing waste and recycling services, focusing on business development, sustainable practices, and client environmental goals.
