Adequate and appropriate information on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) including HIV/AIDS, is fundamentally important to a healthy and productive life, especially for young people. As young people grow, they face important decisions about relationships, sexuality, and their sexual behaviours. The symposium also featured the launch of the Salvus web platform, a web-based platform for reporting sexual violence. The symposium was supported by stakeholders in the public and private sectors, including the Stars Foundation, With and For Girls Collective, EMpower, and Access Bank Plc and other non-governmental organizations(NGOs).

So let me speak to you about Silence.
Yes, good old Silence.

You see, they say Silence is Golden
But the number of girls out there with their souls broken
Is proof that Silence is not always a virtue.
Yes, Silence is not golden
As a matter of fact, silence can be costly,
And even, more so, deadly.

We are pleased to announce the release of Global Goals, Local Action: Advancing homegrown solutions for girls and women through regional advocacy caucuses. This report highlights the exciting advocacy outcomes from eight regional advocacy caucuses held at the 2016 Women Deliver Conference in May in Copenhagen, Denmark.
